Monthly

–We do have long term monthly tenants here that do pay a Monthly rate, we are currently completely booked on those sites. When we do have a monthly site available, we do tend to offer those monthly sites to our returning guests who stay with us throughout the year. From March to October we only allow a maximum stay of 4 weeks, then you must leave the park for 1 week. From October to March we allow a 20-week stay at our weekly rate. During that stay if a long-term monthly site opens up and management knows you are interested, we could offer that to you. Everything you have must fit in the site that becomes available and the Rv must be 10 years old or newer to be considered for long term. We do not have a waitlist. Monthly rate will be provided upon completion of required application.–
